What it does: Tracks a project per customer with status, owner, a checklist that drives the progress bar, and a status page the customer can open without logging in.
How it helps you: You stop writing “where are we” updates because the customer can check for themselves. The progress number can never drift from the actual task list.
How it works: Progress is calculated from the checklist every time it’s viewed. Free-text fields hold what’s stuck, the next action and any decision you owe. Winning a lead in your customer list creates the project automatically.

What it does: Fills a PDF form from your saved business facts and hands it back for review, flagging anything it was unsure about.
How it helps you: Forms you fill over and over stop being retyping. What the system can’t back up is left blank and named, not guessed.
How it works: It reads the form’s fields and matches them to a business profile you edit in settings, marking each match high or low confidence. A field with no matching fact stays blank, because blank beats wrong on a legal document.
