AI Operations Dashboard / Department 1 of 7

Front Office.
The assistant who runs your day.

A morning brief, one view of your schedule and inbox, and an assistant that knows your business.

In your starting package

Nothing leaves without your approval. Anything the AI drafts waits as a card in your approval queue until you tap approve.

01 / Front Office

AI Daily Brief

What it does
Every morning it reads your connected email, meeting transcripts and calendar and writes a short, ranked list of what needs a decision today. A one-line teaser goes to your phone.
How it helps you
The day stops starting with inbox triage. The judgment call about what matters is already made, and anything the AI wants to act on waits as a card for you to approve.
How it works
A scheduled job runs early in your time zone. It can read your sources but cannot send or change anything. Follow-ups it suggests become approval cards.

02 / Front Office

Today’s Schedule

What it does
Shows your week as a strip on the home page, with every connected calendar merged into one view. Each meeting with another person gets a short AI prep brief.
How it helps you
If you run two or three calendars, you stop checking each one. You walk into a meeting already knowing what your last few emails with that person were about.
How it works
Google Calendar and Outlook accounts are read together. Prep briefs draw only on your own synced email and call summaries. They show in the dashboard and are never written to your calendar.

03 / Front Office

Email

What it does
Puts every connected mailbox in one card, files bulk mail before you see it, and drafts replies that you edit and send yourself.
How it helps you
The inbox stops being where the morning disappears. Newsletters and automated mail never reach the card, and the mail that does arrives with a short prep already written.
How it works
Every ten minutes it checks each connected account. Simple rules file bulk senders first, then the rest is sorted into Important and FYI. Nothing sends until you press send.

04 / Front Office

Task List

What it does
Keeps one open task list built automatically from important email and meeting follow-ups, with priority, assignee and due date on every row.
How it helps you
Commitments made in an email or on a call stop depending on you remembering to write them down. The same ask arriving in three emails shows up once.
How it works
After each email sync, AI pulls out tasks with a title, priority and due date, and groups duplicates. Open items on a monday.com board can sync in and close here when they close there.

05 / Front Office

Activity Log

What it does
Shows every automated run and every human decision in one place, including any scheduled job that has gone quiet.
How it helps you
Automation stops being invisible. You can see what ran, what it did and who approved what, and you find out a job stopped from the dashboard instead of from a customer.
How it works
The dashboard’s own jobs write to the log and outside automations report in. A job that stays silent for more than a day is flagged.

07 / Front Office

Internal Chatbot

What it does
A chat panel inside the dashboard that answers questions about your own business data.
How it helps you
Ask “what’s on my list” or “who has gone quiet” instead of hunting for it. It also knows where things live in your dashboard.
How it works
It can read your clients, email, meeting transcripts, calendar, tasks, leads and approval queue. It can propose an email, task or meeting, but it has no way to send or create anything. Every exchange is logged for review.

Every section is configured to your business, accounts and wording. Your written scope confirms exactly which sections and connections are included.

A little less on your plate.

Let’s make room
for your actual job.
