Payroll Tracking

What it does: Shows every processed pay period from Gusto: who worked what, gross and net per person, and the period total. Read-only and visible to admins only.
How it helps you: You see what payroll actually came to without opening Gusto, and nobody else on the team sees anyone’s pay. Gusto stays the record.
How it works: It reads from Gusto and never asks for pay rates. There is no “mark paid” button: Gusto ran the payroll or it didn’t.

What it does: Weekly scorecards for each person on your team, star-rated on criteria you define, plus milestones like reviews and check-ins with a due date.
How it helps you: You have a place to record how each week went and when the next review is due, instead of carrying it in your head. The criteria are your words, not a template’s.
How it works: Criteria are edited in settings. An admin scores by tapping a star, and team members see only their own card. Nothing outside the app is read or written.
