I'm Dejerae Trujillo. I spent 12 years in real estate, including time at Compass, and 3 years in B2B sales where I managed a 22-state pipeline and helped drive $30M+ in new business. I've sat in the chair. I know what it feels like to have more work than hours, more leads than follow-up capacity, and more ambition than bandwidth.
I also watched hundreds of small business owners in Denver go through the same thing. Great at their craft. Terrible at keeping up with the operational side. Losing leads because they couldn't respond fast enough. Missing follow-ups because their CRM was a spreadsheet. Spending their evenings doing admin instead of being present with their families.
